It is sufficient to monitor and compare the figures for the quantities of imported diesel to Lebanon this year and last year, in order to show us the volume of smuggling occurring from Lebanon to Syria.

The insolence of the authority has broken all records of a system that asks only for its deals and sees an entire people starving, impoverished, and unhurt.
